RN Regulatory & Accreditation Program Coordinator - Performance Improvement Penn State Health St. Joseph (Reading, PA)
TheRN Regulatory & Accreditation Program Coordinator supports Penn State Health Saint Joseph leaders and staff to ensure full compliance with state licensure regulations, hospital conditions of participation, and accreditation standards.
Masters degree in a Healthcare or job related field required.
5 years of related Healthcare experience required.
Registered Nurse RN - PA License required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements required.
Ability to review and interpret complex regulatory and accreditation standards to determine organizational applicability and impact required.
Strong analytical abilities, organization and project/process management skills: ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to achieve goals.
Ability to apply creative thinking to service line themes, content and strategic solutions in a fast paced environment.
Complex abstract problem solving capabilities to maintain system-wide functions. Understanding of complexities of the healthcare environment.
Comfortable as a team member and informational leader.
Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, plan, and deliver projects with minimal direction.
High level of initiative and strong business judgment.
Works well under pressure while completing tasks quickly and accurately.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
