SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for the provision of direct patient care to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Duties include direct patient care as well as indirect patient services such as documentation, ordering, family training, rounds, and interaction with the interdisciplinary team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School Diploma or equivalent
Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association approved curriculum
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the state board of Physical Therapy
