Job Summary:

The Department of Radiology at the Penn State University College of Medicine is seeking a full-time subspecialty trained candidate in the Division of Breast Imaging. The Department has a strong commitment to serve the clinical, education, and research mission of the University and a collegial and collaborative relationship with the clinical services. The expanding Division of Breast Imaging currently has four fellowship trained faculty that cover a busy academic breast imaging service including screening, diagnostic, and procedural examinations. The academic Breast Imaging Division works collaboratively with the Community Radiology Breast Division to ensure the delivery of high quality care to all patients in the Penn State Health system

This position will provide on-site radiology coverage for our academic practice, which includes our East Campus location in Hershey, and the new Lime Spring facility in Lancaster

What we're seeking:

The successful candidate should be fellowship trained in breast imaging. A passion for teaching is essential as the education of our medical students, residents, and staff is a core value of our academic mission. There is opportunity for clinical research through collaboration with our recently established the Division of Radiology Innovation and Value Enhancement (DRIVE) dedicated to outcomes research in imaging and diagnostic pathways.

Hershey, PA is a town of 15,000 residents and part of the greater metropolitan Harrisburg area within 2 hours of Washington D.C., Baltimore and Philadelphia.
