Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center
Work Type: Full Time
Chief, Division of Geriatrics
Penn State College of Medicine (PSCOM) and the Department of Medicine seek an outstanding physician leader to serve as the founding Chief, Division of Geriatrics. This is an excellent leadership position for a dynamic academic leader to shape the long-term vision and growth of this new Division.

The Division consists of six providers who drive an institute-wide Age-Friendly Health System across the inpatient, outpatient and post-acute care settings.
The Chief must be strategic and operationally focused to grow and guide the faculty to the next level through the advancement of clinical programs, education and research while continuing to meet and exceed national standards of excellence.
We seek candidates with prior administrative and leadership experience gained within a Division of Geriatrics in an academic environment. Candidates must hold a medical doctorate degree, board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with fellowship training in Geriatrics and possess qualifications for appointment to the Associate Professor or Professor level at PSCOM.
