In conjunction with the Pediatric Trauma Medical Director, responsible to manage, promote, evaluate and direct the day to day operations of the Trauma Program. Provide direction for total patient care in collaboration with the trauma team physicians, sub-specialists, nursing, and ancillary services.

Responsible for program adherence to Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation (PTSF) standards and accreditation process.

Provide leadership to the pediatric injury prevention team.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

  • Five (5) years of experience in emergency department, or critical care settings that includes the care of injured patients

  • Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by Pennsylvania Board of Examiners required
