JOB SUMMARY:

The Penn State Cancer Institute, Penn State Health Milton S Hershey Medical Center in Hershey PA has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Regulatory Operations in their Penn State Cancer Institute (PSCI) Clinical Trials Office (CTO). Under the direction of the PSCI CTO Administrative Director, the Manager will provide leadership and oversight of clinical research regulatory related matters with an emphasis on managing the day-to-day operations of the regulatory research staff. Additionally, the Operations Manager will interface with multiple levels of the organization and external entities in order to provide continuous improvement and goals regarding compliant and efficient clinical trial research regulatory related practice. Relocation funds are authorized for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree

Four years of experience in clinical research regulatory practice

One year of leadership experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Oncology experience
