Manage the strategic and tactical activities of the professional coding staff in the delivery of efficient and effective services including management of staff, technologies and customer service initiatives.
Bachelors Degree plus 3 years of leadership experience with professional coding required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in Revenue Cycle professional coding required.
5years of supervisory and coding experience is preferred.
