The Account Management team provisions user access in enterprise applications, outlook resources and file permissions for Penn State Health and College of Medicine internal and external work-force members. This position would:

  • Provision user accounts for new employees

  • Make changes to existing user access

  • Process user terminations

  • Assist with project work such as creating accounts for new application implementations

  • Assist with large student group onboarding

The IS Intern can expect to work up to 40 hours per week and this role is 100% remote.


Current junior, senior, or graduate student required.

A major related to Information Technology required.

Commitment to make a direct impact on company success required.


Previous exposure and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
