SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to fill on-call chaplaincy staffing gaps for the Department of Pastoral Services. Respond to traumas, emergencies, end-of-life calls, codes, chaplain consults, and requests for pastoral care as needed. Serve as back-up chaplain call for the on-duty, in-house chaplain.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Either: (A) Associate's Degree in a related field or (B) 2 years of related experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Must possess empathy, personal warmth, self-awareness and a present a non-anxious presence
Good listening and communication skills required
