Shift: Day

Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Process vendor invoices and expense vouchers in a timely and accurate manner, and maintain accurate back up records and access appropriate management reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school graduate or equivalent required.

1 year of accounts payable experience required.

Previous experience working with high-volume transactions, numerous customers and multiple companies required.

Team player who can multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment while maintaining quality standards.

High-energy and results-focused self-starter.

Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills.

Detail-oriented and ability to complete tasks in an efficient manner.

Ability to work independently without the necessity of constant management supervision.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Excellent people skills and proven ability to foster & maintain successful working relationships

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Ability to exercise flexibility with quickly changing data requests.

Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.

Ability to manage competing priorities workloads.

Ability to utilize and understand technical systems related to Accounts Payable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with Microsoft Office (especially with Excel) preferred.

Experience with ERP systems and system automated processes and procedures preferred.

Experience with Infor Lawson preferred.

Experience working in a shared service model preferred.
