Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center is anticipated to open summer 2021. This brand new facility located in Enola, PA will host a 108 inpatient beds that include intensive and intermediate care, Radiology, Labor and Delivery, 25 Emergency Medicine treatment spaces, 10 Observation beds, 6 Operating Rooms, and 2 Cath Labs. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses to provide care in a community setting employed by the Penn State Health system.
The Graduate Nurse is a full-time RN position that creates a seamless educational transition into the nursing world. This position offers an exceptional experience for new RN graduates to continue to learn and grow in their nursing career while assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care to a designated group of patients. Graduate nurse residents are expected to remain full-time on one unit for the entire year of the program, as well as actively participate in all learning opportunities that are offered.

M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
RN Graduate with a license to practice professional nursing in the state of Pennsylvania.
